Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your appointment more than 24hrs before any appointment start time without giving any reason for doing so.
If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice but more than 12hrs notice before any appointment start time, then you will be charged 50% of the purchase price of the appointment for late cancellation.
If you cancel less than 12hrs before the appointment start time, or do not cancel but do not attend, then in either case you will be charged 100% of the purchase price of the appointment for very late cancellation or non-cancellation.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
